Update on the Moratorium on steep slope development in the Town of Middlesex:
A 60-day moratorium was voted in place at the December 11, 2008 Town Board meeting to provide the time for a outside professional review team to recommend necessary updates and establish appropriate areas where regulations were needed to provide the best protection for our lake quality and our natural resource base.
